Karakal Demo and Clothing sale followed by Wimbledon Ballot – Friday 26th April

On friday 26th April the Wimbledon Ballot takes place, prior to the Ballot there is a great chance to sample some of the latest racquets on the market in Squash, Table Tennis and Tennis:

Karakal is a racket sports equipment specialist that was established in Belgium over 40 years ago. For the past 30 years it has been British owned and now has distributors in over 40 countries. Karakal recently sponsored the Essex Closed Squash57 Championships at The Woodford Wells Club and WW are now building a closer working relationship/partnership with us.

On Friday 26th April, Karakal will be at The Woodford Wells Club armed with demo equipment (rackets / balls / bags etc) for members to ‘play with’, the expected timings being:

Table Tennis 5:15pm to 6:00pm
Squash/Squash57 6:00pm to 6:45pm
Tennis 6:45pm to 7:30pm

This is an excellent and rare opportunity to get hands-on experience of a range of quality racket sport related products.

Clothing Sale

There will also be a Tennis /Squash Clothing Sale for Racquet players from 7 pm onwards
This will give Woodford Wells members an opportunity to come along and purchase from the extensive range tennis clothing and shoes on offer

Diane a local sports clothing supplier bringing along a large selection of recognised tennis clothing and shoes available for adult and junior members to purchase or order.

BALLOT INFORMATION

Register from 7:30 p.m. for a prompt 8:00 p.m. draw in the hall

29 pairs of tickets to be allocated!!!

Members must hold BTM and must have opted in online for this year’s ballot.

Note: THREE IMPORTANT POINTS FOR THE 2019 BALLOT

1. If you are unable to attend the event, please ask another member to represent you on the night. You must provide them with your BTM number in order for them to stand in for you (your BTM number can be found on your LTA login – the location where you opted-in)

2. In keeping with the LTA recommended rules of the ballot, the format of the draw will be the same as the 2018 draw to make it a more fair and equal ballot

3. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE BALLOT ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE MEMBERS OF THE CLUB AND HAVE PAID THIER SUBSCRIPTION FEES FOR THIS YEAR BEFORE THE BALLOT EVENING.
