Roast Chicken - Slices of roast chicken breast or whole chicken breast served with a sage and onion stuffing and a sprig of rosemary

Beef stroganoff - Silverside beef in a brandy and paprika sauce with chopped gherkins and roasted mushrooms

Thai Green Vegetable Curry - Vegetarian curry served with a mixture of sweet potatoes, peppers, peas, fresh lime and lemon juice

New potatoes - Served topped with butter and a sprig of mint

Alsacienne Potatoes - Oven roasted potatoes with garlic, thyme and sun-dried tomato oil. Garnished with caramelised red onions, smoked back bacon and sun dried tomatoes
