Consistently delivering bespoke coaching sessions, action-packed camps and unforgettable events all guaranteed to fire up your game.
The Racket Up Programme at Woodford Wells currently offers over 10 junior sessions each week for every level. We aim to create the perfect atmosphere to learn both on and off the court, working with players of all ages and standards. Groups are carefully organised to match players of the same ability to keep reflexes sharp, bodies strong and minds engaged!
Leading the line at the Woodford Wells Club is current touring professional player and elite coach, Gareth Naidoo. Playing professional squash since 2011, Gareth reached a career high ranking on the PSA World Tour of 274 and achieved a top ten national ranking in South Africa along the way. He is a young, inspiring and passionate coach that’s eager to help you achieve your goals. We are also delighted to offer the coaching services of long-standing lead Woodford Wells coach, Kevin Pearce, and one of the most decorated coaches in all of junior squash in Dave Webster.
Junior Beginners - Start off by learning the ABC’s of squash, including how to hold the racket, swing technique and basic shots
Junior Intermediates - Once you’ve mastered the fundamentals, work your way through new shots, ghosting patterns and squash specific fitness
Junior Advanced - Focusing on the technical, tactical, mental and physical sides of the game with a clear focus on progression in every session. Readying players for in-house and international competition
Group training not your cup of tea? 1-2-1 coaching is a great way to fine-tune and hone new shots on the squash court. Private coaching can be booked directly with Gareth, Kevin and Dave by email or text message.
