The Squash and Squash57 section of the Woodford Wells Club caters for players of all standards and has over 140 active members. Squash has been played at the Club for many decades and Squash57 has become increasingly popular over recent years.

There are 4 courts, one of which is a glass back with seating, and there is a viewing gallery for all courts. During the Winter season the club runs five men’s teams in the Essex and Middlesex leagues. In the Summer season two men’s teams are entered into the Essex Summer league.

There are internal team leagues / ladders for both squash and racketball which cater for all abilities, ages and fitness levels.

A squash social night is held every Friday night from 6.00pm, which caters for squash and Squash57 players of all ages and standards. The club night is very popular and regularly attracts a large number of team, league and social players which gives players of different standards the opportunity to play each other and improve. The social night is usually followed by a few drinks in the Club bar. It provides a great way for new members to meet club members in a relaxed and friendly environment.

We have a thriving junior section with junior sessions run by our lead coach, Kevin Pearce. These are Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 5-6pm and Saturday mornings from 10.30 – 12.30pm.
