GENERAL MEMBERSHIP
The sporting facilities and opportunities at the Woodford Wells are self-evident.

* Intermediate Members (Over 18yrs but under 26yrs)
** Hours for off peak tennis 9.00am to 6.00pm & 9pm-10pm Monday to Friday & Saturday/Sunday & Bank Holidays after 4.00pm.
** Hours for off peak squash 9.00am to 5.00pm & 9.00pm-10.00pm Monday to Friday, Saturday & Sunday are off peak all day.
Categories are based on your age at 1/4/24 and all subscriptions are due on the 1st April of each year.
Social and Junior membership are not eligible for pay monthly options.
Playing Guests

Members are welcome to bring a guest(s). A £10 (£5 Junior) fee is payable each time. Guest fees are applicable for up to 4 visits per year. They are designed to support family and friends visiting members who wish to enjoy the clubs’ facilities. They are not applicable to “regular” guests who should join as members if they wish to play on A regular basis.
Social Guests

Members are welcome to sign in social guests to enjoy the clubs bar area. Each member is entitled to 6 guests a year to invite family or friends to join them in the bar. Children under the age of 14 are not required to use a guest pass, but must be with an adult paying member.
All guests (including those under 14) should be signed in by members at reception and should be accompanied by members at all times.
A non member may be signed in a maximum of 6 TIMES PER YEAR. After which, they will be required to join in order to visit the club.
In addition to the guest passes, guests of members are very welcome to enjoy certain paid for / organised events at the Club, attendance at these events will not be counted as a free pass visit. Priority for tickets will be given, at such events, to members initially plus a partner before being offered to non-members.
There will be occasions when the Club “opens its’ doors” to events when the club will be open for general admittance eg the Open Day.
If members wish to invite social guests on a more regular basis than those stated above, guests should join the club as a general or playing member.
