The Woodford Wells Club Open Air Silent Cinema 2021 - Screening Grease!

Event Timings:

• Entry from 6.30pm.
• Please arrive early to ensure you have time to find your space, enjoy the food and get your drinks ready for the film!
• The film will start at 8pm.
• Entry will be granted to ticket holders only, please have your ticket or confirmation email ready to show at the door. You will be given your Headphones at the door, please look after these and return them at the end of the evening.

IMPORTANT Health and Safety - COVID-19:

• Upon entering the club please follow all our COVID-19 procedures.
• There are multiple hand sanitiser stations throughout the club, and they will also be situated on the field for guests to use.
• Please always adhere to social distancing to help keep guests and members of          staff safe
• Please follow all signs throughout the club, following one-way systems to toilets and other areas.
• When queuing for drinks or food, please ensure to follow the guides and keep 2 metres apart from others wherever possible.
• Guests are welcome to wear face masks if they wish.
• If you are feeling unwell, please DO NOT attend the event.
• If you are returning from a country NOT on the except list and should be self-isolating, please DO NOT attend the event. If you find yourself in this situation, please contact the club and we can discuss the options regarding your ticket.

Seating:

• Guests are welcome to bring their own seating, blankets, popup chairs etc.
• Please, no gazebos.
• To ensure social distancing, measured "bubbles" will be marked out across our pitch. Please stick to your bubble in the marked out areas when watching the film.

Food & Drinks:

We've got dinner sorted!

• No need to pack a picnic! As there will be plenty of food on offer throughout the evening.
• Papa Johns will be offering fresh pizzas to purchase from their mobile unit from 6.30pm.
• Popcorn and sweets will be available for the kids!
• Our bar will be open and offering a large range of alcoholic and soft drinks.
• PLEASE NOTE - ONLY DRINKS BOUGHT ON THE PREMSIS MAY BE CONSUMED.

Parking:

• There will be very limited parking, please walk to the club if possible to avoid congestion.
